Eugene McCowan And Rev. Delmer McCowan Officiated. Mrs. Phillips Was Born On Monday, August 15, 1938, In Monterey, Tennessee, To The Late Claude And Dumie Phillips Eldridge. Mrs. Phillips Passed Away On Tuesday, December 7, 2021, At The Livingston Regional Hospital. Mrs. Phillips Was A Factory Worker. She Was A Member Of Monterey 2nd Freewill Baptist Church. She Was Survived By, 4 Sons And 2 Daughters-In-Law, Rev. Darrel And Geneva Phillips Of Cookeville, TN, Stephen And Wendy Phillips Of Mayland, TN, Billy Phillips Of Cookeville, TN, Woody Phillips Of Ohio; 7 Grandchildren, Brandon (Amanda) Phillips, Charity (Reed) Hale, Trent Abston, Bethany Abston, Keegan Phillips, Bryer Phillips, And Rachel Phillips; 5 Great Grandchildren; And Special Foster Child, John Dishman. In Addition To Her Parents, She Was Preceded In Death By Her Husband, A G Phillips; Granddaughters, Celeste Phillips And Abigail Phillips; Sister, Jewel Anderson And Infant Sister, Mazelle Eldridge.
