Durham Threadgill, Age 54, Of Madison, Alabama, And Formerly Of Cookeville, Tennessee, Were Conducted On Sunday, March 14, 2021, At 2:00 PM From The Chapel Of Goff Funeral Home. Pastor Tim McLauchlin Officiated And Interment Followed In The Welch Memorial Cemetery With Full Military Honors Provided By The Veterans Honor Guard. Mrs. Threadgill Was Born On August 17, 1966, In Monterey, Tennessee, To The Late Lloyd Durham And Lillian Matthews. Mrs. Threadgill Passed Away On Wednesday, March 10, 2021, At The Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Threadgill Was A Nurse’s Aide For 17 Years Working Most Of Her Career With Cookeville Hospital. She Was A United States Army Veteran Serving Two Tours Of Duty In Operation Iraqi Freedom. She Was Survived By Her Husband, Frederick Threadgill Of Madison, AL; 2 Daughters And A Son-In-Law, Molly Garrett Of Cookeville, TN, Rachel Cheyenne And Eddie Hodnett Of Cookeville, TN; 3 Grandchildren, Cali Ann Garrett, Shane Garrett, And Caden Hodnett; 4 Sisters, Rita Phillips, Shelia Durham, Lela Durham, And Crystal (Greg) Scott; 5 Brothers, Ray (Sandy) Durham, Robert Durham, Brock (Shelly) Durham, Donathan Durham, And Parker Ealey; Childhood Lifetime Friend, Cindy Chaffin Of Algood, TN; And A Host Of Nieces And Nephews.
