Tommy Baldwin Officiated And Interment Followed In The Phillips Cemetery In The Anderson Community. Mr. Phillips Was Born On Friday, April 18, 1947, In Monterey, Tennessee, To The Late John And Ferbia Looper Phillips. Mr. Phillips Passed Away On Thursday, March 31, 2022, At The Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mr. Phillips Was Owner/Operator Of P&P Logging. He Was A Member Of Love Joy Missionary Baptist Church Where He Served As Deacon For Many Years. He Was Survived By, 2 Daughters And Sons-In-Law, Mary Ann And Joseph Winters Of Livingston, TN, Debra And Darrel Cantrell Of The Mineral Springs Community; 2 Sons And Daughters-In-Law, Stacy And Navona Phillips Of Hanging Limb, TN, Alex And Lynn Phillips Of Monterey, TN; 13 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren; 2 Sisters, Freeda And Freddie Miller Of The Vine Ridge Community, Pam Webb Of Livingston, TN. In Addition To His Parents, He Was Preceded In Death By His Wife, Diane Phipps Phillips; And Son, Bruce Phillips.
